Placing An Order
A few things to remember when placing an order....
Order at least 24 hours in advance
Please place your orders at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that we can reserve a time slot for you in our schedule. If you call in an order on the day of the pour we may be booked or can not get there at your desired time.
Have all of your information ready
When you are placing an order you will be asked for the following information so please have it ready when you call in to place your order:
- Customer/Company Name
- Address
- Date
- Time
- Yardage
- Mix
- Payment Method
Call to confirm your delivery
We understand that sometimes things change on a job such as weather, changes in yardage, cancellations etc. so, when you place your order in advance, please be sure to call the day of the pour to confirm your delivery details. We will not load the truck without hearing from you first.
