How far in advance should I place my order?
As soon as you know, let us know. The sooner you place your concrete order the more likely we will have your preferred time slot available. If you wait until the day of the pour we will do our best to accommodate your needs but we will have to take care of the customers who placed their orders in advance first.
Can you tell me how much concrete I need?
Yes. If you provide us with the measurements we can let you know how much you will need. We also have a concrete calculator that is available on the homepage of our website that you can use. Remember that when ordering concrete always order extra to account for any waste or miscalculations in the measurements. Our general rule of thumb is order an extra 10%.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. We do accept all major credit cards. If you are paying by credit card you will be asked for the information over the phone when you are placing your concrete order as our drivers do not carry any credit card processing equipment to the job site.
Can you arrange a concrete pump for me?
Yes. Through our relationship with Schenck Concrete Pumping we can schedule a 38 meter boom pump if the trucks are not able to get to where the concrete needs to be poured.
Do you also sell concrete blocks and RCA?
Yes. We do sell concrete blocks which come in two sizes 2'x2'x6' and 2'x2'x3' as well as RCA. Call for availability.
Do you also do the masonry work?
We do not do the actual setting up and finish work with the concrete but we can certainly recommend several of our quality masons for you to contact for a quote.
If I have left over concrete do you take it back?
Yes. If there is any left over concrete you are not obligated to take the entire load. We can take it back and dispose of it here at our plant. In fact we always encourage customers to order a little extra to ensure that the job does not run short.
